Derek was washing the truck so Mya and I joined him outside with her new stroller from a rummage. Notice her cup in the bottom part of the stroller.
She did not like the mist that the wind was blowing towards us.
Wet Wet wet...
She moved to the other side of the lawn
Tickling the babie's nose with grass
after that baby needed a big kiss:)!

The Muscovy Ducks
This week on the Stock family blogspot you can learn about the Muscovy duck also know as Cairina moschata. Best known north of the Rio Grande as an exotic domesticated goose sized duck of pond and park, the muscovy is native to to Latin America, where it has had to be far more wary than the park-side variety in order to survive. Their diet is that of an omnivore, taking in much animal matter in the form of small fish and crustaceans as well as some plant/ seeds.
I guess they also eat bread. Mya and I have had fun feeding them and they have stayed around. Such a beautiful animal. Till next time...

The second trip to the beach was much better. Mya still wasn't thrilled abour the sand but liked the water and played with her sand toys.
Carrie, Tonya, and Lydia went to Sonic's for happy hour and came back 44oz drinks for all...they are really big!!
Our GREEN supper for St. Patrick's Day.

The Beach
I'll post more pictures of the house hopefully tonight. We are going to unpack boxes today as we spent the day at the beach yesterday.
We went to Anna Marie Island and it was beautiful!! When you come down to visit us this will be one of the beaches we will take you.
All ready for the beach!
Cousins=)
Mya did not like the water or the sand. So she sat in her stroller the whole entire time as happy as a clam and watch the doggies (birds) run around.
Evan was the bird man...he was feeding them fishie crackers
Lina on the other hand loved the beach and really enjoyed the taste of sand.
I didn't want to forget to mention Derek. He started work yesterday and had to work while we played:(

We made it!
Wednesday we packed up the truck(thanks to all our Family for there help in packing, watching Mya, loadign the truck, and cleaning) and Thursday Derek and Evan headed down to Florida. They got here around 9a.m. Friday and after a quick cat nap they had the truck unloaded, beds put together, and video games out. The rest of us (Kristen, Mya, Carrie, Lina, Tonya, and Lydia) left at 4a.m. in our 2 vehicles and arrived in Florida at 3:13a.m. Here are some pictures from the move and our first day.
A very full moving truck!
Mya after being in the car for 15 some hours
A nice little lizard welcomed us in the kitchen...I didn't really appreciate that and could go the rest of my life without another one!
Derek and Evan enjoying the backyard.
The kitchen.
Mya is now in a BIG girl bed and really likes it. No more crib!
